5 stars right here for customer service! Scott was so helpful to set up access to the unit on our phones before our move. He took us for a walk through, explained everything clearly and answered all our queries. Unit is the perfect size and the area inside and out is clean and tidy. Handy to have toilets nearby when needed and the use of trolleys at hand on move in day. Thank you so much for a stressless day! Highly recommend!

Roomia were a pleasure to deal with. The facilities were always kept immaculately clean and very well presented. Scott and Dee were always so friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make the experience fantastic. I cannot really express how amazing they were and they are the reason I will happily and enthusiastically recommend Roomia in Butler to anyone looking for storage space. Scott, Dee, take a bow and thank you both so much for the service you supplied to us throughout our time.

Great facility, but gate access communication could be improved The facility and storage bays are secure, well-maintained, and easy to access once set up. Scott and Denise were helpful during the process, and I’m happy with the outdoor space for my campervan. I’m taking off one star due to the check-in logistics. I was told my gate code would be sent the night before my start date, but it didn't arrive, causing some unnecessary stress and phone calls on the morning of my drop-off. Suggestion for management: Sending gate codes 2–3 days in advance would give customers great peace of mind, especially when coordinating busy moving or travel days! Otherwise, a solid storage facility that I’d recommend.

Great facility with easy access to the storage units. Trolleys are always available and the spacious lift made it very easy to transport multiple items at once. The staff were always very helpful and the use of their van for either moving in or out, was a wonderful added bonus. Can fault anything.
