Storing our stuff at Roomia Butler was the very first time we have needed to put anything into storage so I didn't have any other experience to compare it to however, I can say that the whole process of booking a space was extremely easy. You can make the application online via their website and then everything is done via email. You can go into their office during office hours and they will assist you there if you need help. Downloading the app to use the unit was also very easy and very easy to setup. Initially when we rented the unit we had 24hr access which was great but recently they changed this to 5am - 10pm this didn't come as a hinderance at all as we never accessed the unit outside of those hours in any case. The facility itself is well-equipped, with plenty of trolleys available, which made moving my items into the unit a breeze. They also promote the free use of a move in van if you need access to a bigger vehicle. I didn't make use of this facility but I can tell you that it is an added bonus for anyone who doesn't have a big vehicle and no access or funds to rent one. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I felt that my stuff was in very safe and secure hands. I never worried about things going missing or being damaged. When it came time to end my storage, the process was just as simple. I let Roomia via email know I was vacating the unit, and they promptly handled the account closure. Only reason we didn't stay with them is that we moved house and moved out of the area and didn't need to use a storage unit any longer. Pricing is very competitive with other storage facilities. I would highly recommend Roomia to anyone who needs the additional storage space.

When I was ready to start using the unit, I simply dropped by the office where Scott gave me a helpful overview of the mobile app and provided a map showing exactly where my unit was located within the facility. You can’t fault the friendliness, in signing up for a unit at Roomia Butler - is clear, hassle free, quick and sensible process because they, the two Roomia staff members there Denise and Scott are informative and genuinely helpful in their professional approach and customer service - both over the phone, and in person at reception, explaining the ‘paperwork’ and ‘formalities’ and showing me around potential suitable units for me, showing me where the trolleys, lifts, the loos, are located etc As a self storage customer moving in and trying out the Roomia brand for the first time just let me tell you the place is well designed, safe and secure, light and bright, so tidy it’s like spotless, cheerful decor, very clean amenities, use easy app on mobile for site gate and unit roller door access… So yeah I totally enjoyed feeling no stress moving in and overall my short term needs of 3 month’s storage came in handy by booking online too got me a saving with 35% off each of the 3 monthly storage fees as promotional discount! Highly recommend as self storage goes Roomia Butler is affordable/good value for money, a pleasant experience in as much as putting your stuff into storage can possibly be.
