Roomia Self Storage - Butler

Best move I made. Relocated from a big brand storage company in Perth out to Butler. While I had no problems in Perth, Roomia is by far the real deal. Great service managed by Scott who is always around to answer questions. The facilities at Roomia are 5 Star at very reasonable fees. Rooms are temperature controlled and access is digital via phone App. No codes to remember. Highly recommend

Scott was extremely helpful from day one. The storage units were nice and new when we first moved our gear in. The premises are clean and always easy to access. I always felt safe accessing the site and our unit after hours.

Absolute incredible experience. The young gentleman who booked my storage unit was awesome. The facilities are amazing, high tech, nice and clean and easy to access. I've stored with national storage before and it was the worst experience ever I'll never store with anyone other than Roomia Butler. I've also recommended alot.of.people. Thanks alot guys 😍😁

Storing our stuff at Roomia Butler was the very first time we have needed to put anything into storage so I didn't have any other experience to compare it to however, I can say that the whole process of booking a space was extremely easy. You can make the application online via their website and then everything is done via email. You can go into their office during office hours and they will assist you there if you need help. Downloading the app to use the unit was also very easy and very easy to setup. Initially when we rented the unit we had 24hr access which was great but recently they changed this to 5am - 10pm this didn't come as a hinderance at all as we never accessed the unit outside of those hours in any case. The facility itself is well-equipped, with plenty of trolleys available, which made moving my items into the unit a breeze. They also promote the free use of a move in van if you need access to a bigger vehicle. I didn't make use of this facility but I can tell you that it is an added bonus for anyone who doesn't have a big vehicle and no access or funds to rent one. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I felt that my stuff was in very safe and secure hands. I never worried about things going missing or being damaged. When it came time to end my storage, the process was just as simple. I let Roomia via email know I was vacating the unit, and they promptly handled the account closure. Only reason we didn't stay with them is that we moved house and moved out of the area and didn't need to use a storage unit any longer. Pricing is very competitive with other storage facilities. I would highly recommend Roomia to anyone who needs the additional storage space.
