Amy has been very helpful over the phone but I was disappointed when I arrived to find no signs about where unit numbers are and not a single trolley to use 😕

Had a storage unit for almost 2 years and must say the service was excellent. Had no issues and the staff was always friendly & helpfull. Used their trailer to move my stuff out which made it real easy. Definitely recommended.

I have used another national storage in the past, but I have to say using National Storage Yanchep was a much nicer experience. Friendly and informative staff. Would highly recommend, the only issue is on a busy day with moving trucks it can be a little hard to get out of the facility given it is only one way but the staff were apologetic and didn’t have an issue with us going out of the entrance.
