Trent has taken over recently as the new manager at Pier St National Storage and he is brilliant to work with. He’s enthusiastic and on a mission to overcome difficulties previous customers may have had. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the friendly service I’ve received. I got an excellent rate and feel reassured that Trent is on hand should any issues such as with access arise. He’s courteous, friendly and astute. The Pier St business gets my ***** without hesitation!!!!!

We recently moved into a unit at National Storage Perth CBD and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Trent went absolutely above and beyond to help us get set up — from arranging the unit transfer to assisting with access on move-in day, he made the whole process seamless.
