I have been using the National Storage Facility at O'Connor (Kardinya) for 6 months. I have found the storage units clean and tidy at all times and trolleys available whenever I have needed them. This is important. Janine the Manager at this facility has always been able to successfully answer any queries I have had and always been able to assist me with great product advice in using this facility to the best of my advantage as I have had changing storage needs over this time. In addition Janine is friendly and is always supporting other customers with the same type of professionalism, keeping the facility clean and tidy and operating smoothly.

The site was clean and even though I was there for other business I managed a preview of the facility storage units available and they were very clean and no water damage nor leak water spots visible. The staff here were genuine, prompt, and professional. Like most National Storage facilities the traffic flow in and then out was spacious for multi vehicle movement which is a must to avoid being stuck waiting for other unit hirers.
