Staff are welcoming and friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained, especially pest control. The lift is very big if you have a unit upstairs and the hallways are well lighted, except for the unit itself, bring a torch

So far, my gate code didn’t work for the first day, the goods elevator has broken twice with my stuff in it (in the same 2 weeks) one of those days I had to leave all my stuff in it and return later.
Besides that, the system is really easy to use and the size of the storage unit is good.

I was their client for 3 years and I liked that place. By far the actual manager Nikki is also the best and most helpful.
The centre is very clean and safe. Rents are a killer, though …
I moved interstate and ended up with National Storage again. That’s because I like how clean & organised these centres are.
