Spent a year renting a medium storage unit, fees became a bit too much for me as a full-time student but the staff were always very helpful and kind whenever I needed to interact with them. Good central location, never too busy, good opening hours as well! Cancelling my unit rental was also a very smooth process and I was able to do it all by email, I'm very grateful to the team at East Perth for exceptional service and their clean, safe facility.

I spoke with Riley over the phone and she was so helpful at recommending the right size unit and talking me through the process! On moving day she showed me around and taught me how to use everything. The place was really clean and easy to access. The unit was just the right size too. I recommend speaking to Riley if you have any questions! She deserves a raise!

We are very happy with this new facility. It is central & convenient re it's access. Natalie who is in charge, showed us around. She provided all the information we required and conducted our registration in a very professional and friendly manner. The facility itself is brand new, fresh and clean and much cooler than our previous storage unit. We are very pleased with our decision.
