Hi I’m very happy with the unit and facilities I have available but one think I’m not happy with is this insurance issue I have atm When I was signing up for the unit the person talked me thru what you can offer or have a look at my own insurance policy to see if I’m covered for my contents in the unit I was told I would be contacted in 5 days to see if I was interested in taking up what you have to offer, nothing about it’s a requirement that I have to take out insurance Now I have this situation that I’m told it’s a requirement. I feel like I’ve been conned into this as the conversation about this was very casual and short It’s like I told the lady at the office that your competitors up the road have the same unit for $100a month, to that she replied let me look at what we can do for you, this fell on death ears, Evan a sorry we can’t match this price atm Not happy Regards Trevor day

We had our belonging here for a few months while we found a new house. The storage place is good - it could defiantly do with a lift or maybe a ramp or something as the stairs are very steep and it makes it hard to carry things up and down. Apart from that it is a good facility and we never had any issues. *If you agree with my review please give me a thumbs up! 😊*

New premises so.still looks great, the exit is a bit extreme with the slope they should have taken into consideration what that means to some vehicles when building
