Highly recommend . Diane at the Truganina Kenards storage front desk gave us so much information even tips of what to do or not to do. She has great knowledge of the whole process and so thankful for her knowledge and tips. She was amazing. I would always take up Kennards storage as space is good. Different options in sizes depending how much u need in space to store. Even take up the opportunity to hire there trailer they have really good deals as we used it when we moved our stuff. Highly reccomend hiring the trailer if you need one. The best deal we had ever come across. They even have bathrooms and a lil kitchen for making tea or coffee to help yourself to make you one a vending machine available there also . there’s 24hr camera security , gate security codes to come in and out, lift also available and trolleys to use when u need all included when moving in or out. I wasn’t actually using the storage myself, but I came along with a friend who needed to rent a unit here. Azam made the whole process feel smooth and easy for us. He was super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way that made us feel completely at ease. His level of care and professionalism really stood out, and I was honestly surprised by how much he went out of his way to make things easier. Easily the best storage options in western Melbourne. Competitively priced, plenty of options to choose from and amazing customer service. Easy 24/7 access, secure and caters to all your moving and packing needs as well. Definitely worth using their services when needed.
