Can’t comment on the storage side of things, but I had a great experience at the box store in the front office. There was a hiccup with the system when scanning the items I came in for, but the staff member (sorry, I didn't catch your name) handled it quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service.

Went in today to look at buying packing boxes, and the service was sensational. Firstly they advised price isn't right on the labels, instead they were cheaper. Who actually admits prices are lower than marked. They offered deals on bulk buys, advice on packing materials to be used, different boxes for different uses, overall perfect. Ended up buying a pack, as well as other boxes specific for hand tools. This place was surprisingly busy with people. The person that served me was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Excellent range of packing materials, great advice and perfect price. Thanks 6276. I'll be back.
