Kennards Self Storage - Hawthorn

I chose Kennards in Hawthorn for my storage requirements because it was convenient and competitively priced. I needed a ground-floor garage and had Adam show me around and instruct me on the security procedures. The process was smooth, easy and stress free. When I needed to down-size to a small closet-sized unit, Adam could not have been more helpful. It was easily done on the spot. I was particularly impressed that my monthly charge was dropped to the lower rate instantly. At all times Adam was helpful and considerate. This is a great facility with excellent staff.

Great facility, staff were all friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Walked me through the process as this was my first time using storage and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! I would happily use this storage again if I need to in future 10/10 (plus they refunded any excess time that I had paid for, because I only needed to store my things for a short time)

Whether you’re selling a house or storing temporarily, we cannot recommend Kennards enough. The team are fabulous, the flexibility we can’t even put into words and the ability to have the loan trailer at your fingertips is fabulous.

Highly recommend- very easy to get our storage unit and very smooth process when we no longer needed it. Refund received promptly for time paid in advance but not required. Very friendly staff. Would definitely use Kennards Hawthorn again.
