Kennards Self Storage - Cranbourne

We have come to Cranbourne west to organise a storage unit! My first impression was wow how clean it is!!!! We were served by James and you also had Joe there…both equally friendly and super helpful! Radio in the back ground at a perfect level of volume! Which is an important factor!! Both guys were super informative no stone unturned! Thanks boys keep up the great work!

I don't usually leave reviews but the guys at Kennards Cranbourne were so genuinely nice that they deserve a shout out. From start to finish, they are super helpful and nice and down to earth. They even helped catch my puppy when she escape through the bars and went for a run. What more could you ask for. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

Wow is all I can say. This business has truly thought of absolutely everything! We were so impressed by the extent of the service offering and the amazing service provided by the team. The services include a shop which offers both new and used boxes for sale, packing materials, locks (as if you hire a storage unit you need to supply your own lock), QR code stickers to help you keep track of boxes (ingenius), loved how the shop has a great illustration of the size of units available for hir, they even offer a trailer for free to help you transfer your stuff to the facility as you move into your unit (the trailer is well equipped with ramp, trolley, straps etc), onsite there are plenty of trolley's to help you get things into your unit, there is a an onsite kitchen available, vending machine and toilets.... a great business idea where you truly have thought through the things people need. My only recommendation for an improvement would be the leasing of the unit, we experienced issues attempting to complete the forms received through an email link when we were in the shop and were only able to successfully complete this on returning home. A bit of an annoyance but luckily we weren't ready to move in on the spot. A suggestion (although i'm sure you've considered it) is whether you offer a service to assist those who may not physically be able to do the manual work to move boxes furniture etc into the unit?

James and Joe are both absolute superstars and make the whole storing process so easy! Would recommend to anyone if they need extra storage space - very affordable and very easy to move stuff in and out!
