They were incredibly understanding of my situation — I needed storage on very short notice, and they went above and beyond to help me organise everything on the same day. The facility itself is also very secure, which gave me real peace of mind knowing everything was safe. Their service was efficient, stress-free, and full of compassion, which made a huge difference during a hectic time. Top customer service from John at Storage Plus who ensured I had the right storage unit for my needs. Had movers coming to unload items and John ensured storage unit was brought near to the loading dock to speed up offloading process. Did not have a lock for unit, but John was only happy to supply a temporary lock. Process was smooth from start to finish without any up-selling. Highly recommend Storage Plus for storage needs.

Really good experience. The staff there is super nice, honestly the nicest guy ever, always smily and helpful. We had a small “accident” with broken pots and plants, sorry for the trouble, and really thank you for helping and cleaning everything. Would love to recommend them to my friends.

Needed storage within a few days timeframe and was sorted over the phone in a few minutes. The units are wooden-type shipping containers rather than sheds, but a fantastic secure and affordable option really close to the city. About half the price than storage kings. Getting the furniture into the units is made super easy as well, and the team is really friendly. Recommend!

Happy with the storage over last 12 years. Two price rises in the last 3 months the last straw and I have cancelled my facility. David(manager) has been great very helpful and respectful.
