Can I just leave a quick note here and show some appreciation for a great human Sam who works at the customer service team of National storage. I arrived on Sunday to my storage unit to find out that it was way too small for my belongings. The removalists were waiting to unload and when I contacted National Storage Sam provided the most exceptional Customer service that I have ever encountered.
He was fast, responsive, understanding and within 5 minutes he gave me access to another unit without any hassle and also mentioning that I can get a credit if I were to consolidate the two.
