My one complaint happened this morning (8th Feb). After I had finished doing what I needed to do in my unit I descended to the ground floor but my app would not open the door to let me out. It said I was out of range. In the end I had to ring for assistance. (Holmes St Brunswick facility)

My initial review was going to be rather subpar but after meeting the Manager Christopher Lu, my experience at National Storage was amazing. He really helped with everything even moving a couple boxes himself. Absolutely lovely fella.

Thank you to Chris for sorting out my storage issues and for the great deal.
and to reply to the last review that was made, they clarify to you when you want to vacate that they do not provide pro rata refunds, therefore you should vacate prior to billing date and make sure that it is empty.
Nothing to do with this specific property but its a national storage policy.
