This was my first time using a storage unit and I couldn't be more happier with their exceptional customer service. Gus is always so friendly on the phone and was kind to explain when I had any questions about payment and insurance. Definitely recommend, will be back next time when I need the space.

This was an excellent service. Very friendly customer service and professional in his approach. We appreciated the assistance provided, which included Bill finding a cover for my car while it was in storage. Thank you so much Bill, it added to making our time away from Melbourne much easier.

I stored my boat at Frys for 2 years. It's good value, its clean, has good natural light, feels secure, excellent access hours and its a pleasure dealing with the on site manager Bill. There is a real community out the back of project boat and car owners. I will be sad to leave them.

Fry's in Clayton looked after my boat for 2 years while I was overseas. They did a great job. Communication was easy with them by email while I was travelling and they were very helpful when I picked up the boat on my return.
