The team at the facility were helpful but logging into your portal wasnt seemless nor was adding a storage unit to my account and adding the insurance cover.
It was frustrating. After making a few calls to your customer service dept. a team member finally told me you must add a zero in front of my unit number! Would have saved me a lot of time if I was told that from the outset.

Great location, good facilities…I have been there for more than 1 year and found some downsides: no longer that clean , new staff not that friendly, half of them are extremely nice and helpful and half of them act as if they hate people … it just leaves you with mixed feelings.
A great concern is the lack of doors at the entrances of the buildings… dust, pests, birds get in. If you have sensitive contents, they might be at risk and their compulsory insurance doesn’t cover pest damage … I am already looking at other storage options as I don’t feel my stock is safe there …pity as I really loved the location.
