2025 Update I’ve been using this storage facility for two years, and my experience has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, the manager is exceptional—always going above and beyond to assist. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, with just one exception. However, my main concern remains: the buildings lack proper main doors, leaving them completely exposed to wind, rain, dust, leaves, and potential pests. Unfortunately, their insurance does not cover damages caused by these elements, which is quite concerning for customers storing valuable items. A simple solution would be installing roller doors, at least on the exposed blocks—it would take just four doors to make a significant difference. Many other storage facilities have enclosed buildings to protect against the elements, and I wish this one followed suit.

The team at the facility were helpful but logging into your portal wasnt seemless nor was adding a storage unit to my account and adding the insurance cover. It was frustrating. After making a few calls to your customer service dept. a team member finally told me you must add a zero in front of my unit number! Would have saved me a lot of time if I was told that from the outset.
