Kennards Self Storage - Preston

The service was exceptional - Kelli & Rebecca. The facilities are great with access to a meeting room and dedicated pickup and drop off areas for parcels. They also have a forklift on site which avoids the added cost of having to pay for a truck with a tailgate. Each unit is individually alarmed and monitored which gives you confidence that your items stored are secure. By far the best experience I have had when it comes to using storage.

Keli helped my wife and I with purchase of Port-a-robes and packing supplies. He volunteered so much energy and knowledge and made the experience a special one. He is a true credit to your organisation.

I have been long term customer at Kennards self storage Preston. I have always been happy with the facilities. The venue is highly secure, access is easy, and there is everything you need to move items in and out, such as trolleys. There's not much I would change. The bonus are the staff. They are always helpful and quick to respond to any query. I recently finished a years long rental, and the staff really helped with the exit process.

This is an absolutely amazing facility and I would recommend it to anyone who needs some offsite storage space. The staff are incredibly friendly and I could not feel more secure storing my items there. They check locks daily, each locker has security alarms, and you have 24/7 access. We moved into our locker in a hurry as it was a chaotic period for us in between homes, but KSS accommodated us at every turn. If you are considering self storage, I honestly could not recommend KSS highly enough. They are extremely communicative, fair, and straightforward to work with. They also have lockers that can accommodate anyone’s needs. The Preston facility is also located in a particularly convenient and safe area. Hope this helps you make the right decision.
