Super easy and efficient drop-off experience at Kennards! Staff were friendly and knew exactly how the ParcelPoint system worked—no fuss, no wait, and I was out in under two minutes. It’s great having a reliable spot like this that’s open longer hours. Definitely using this location again for future returns. Highly recommend!

What awesome staff you have at Kennards Storage Port Melbourne! I went in yesterday not being familiar with how to send off the parcel I had. Plus I’d forgotten my specs and couldn’t read off a code that was necessary…..”no problem we can do that for you” and they did. Plus all else that was necessary.
