A big shoutout to Lily—she was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made the whole process so smooth. She took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect storage unit. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Moving can be incredibly overwhelming, but the experience here made things so much easier. I believe it was Diane who assisted me—she welcomed me with a warm smile, patiently explained the different types of boxes, and reassured me not to worry. I really appreciated learning that they accept returns for unused boxes in new condition and offer a full refund, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and genuine support—it truly made a difference during a hectic time!

First time using self storage and was really impressed by this one. A perfect stop gap for me and excellent experience from start to end. Will use again. Clean, modern, easy to access, easy to sign up and close accounts. If only all businesses were this good. Subtle things like the signs are well done. 10/10

Had an incredibly positive experience at Kennards. Bruce was friendly, informative and very helpful throughout. The flexibility to cancel the unit at any time was very helpful and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Everything was super easy and took a lot of stress out of the moving process.
