Steve and his team are absolutely top notch. From start to finish every staff member we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. We were navigating a move to Canada and were anxious about leaving our belongings behind but we had absolutely no troubles with help from Steve. Thank you thank you thank you!! Would highly recommend this storage facility!

It was a pleasure to rent a unit from Kennards. Emma and Don were exceptionally helpful from Day 1, and there was always great honesty in billing. If you're looking for storage from a trustworthy service I recommend them strongly.

Today I went to Kennards on Langridge St to pick up a click and collect order for cardboard boxes. Huge thanks to Don who helped me load up my car with the boxes (I had grossly underestimated how much space they would take up) - this included helping me figure out how to fold down the back seats and removing items from my boot. Thanks again for the stellar service Don, it was extremely helpful for my upcoming move.

I have used Kennards twice now and am always impressed with the quality of customer service, ability to accommodare unexpected changes and their flexibility.
