We had a fantastic experience today thanks to Emma! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and took the time to explain everything clearly. Emma went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. We looked at multiple lockers until we found the perfect one for our item. Exceptional customer service!

Terrific service from Don (13/8), who went out of his way to help me carry boxes to my car; I had thought this kind of service was a thing of the past and was pleasantly surprised with such excellent customer care. Steve and his team are absolutely top notch. From start to finish every staff member we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I can't say enough good things about Kennards Self Storage. They are easily the best storage provider I've used. Not only are their terms incredibly flexible with no lock-in contracts, but the customer service is outstanding. When I moved out a day earlier than planned, the team was considerate and went out of their way to refund me for the days I didn't use. That kind of service is rare and highly appreciated. I will absolutely be using them again.
