Moonah storage facility and staff are great! Unfortunately, the National storage company as a whole are not. I enjoyed my storage time for 6 months before deciding to leave (I gave notice 2 days before the increase letter came, coincidentally,!). I was paying $138 per month and I was given two weeks notice after being there for 6 months that the price would increase to $179!! wow. The Moonah Storage people had no control over this and I believe them. The people in management at National Storage Headquarters should get their act together and not do this sort of thing. Bad form! Turned me off the company completely. No trust anymore. Will NEVER go with them again. Recommend that if you know you will need the storage long term, get a lease! so they cannot just surprise you with a rent increase. Like I said, the Moonah storage facility itself was great as were the staff members there, very professional and polite.

This self-storage facility is a fantastic choice for short-term storage. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the sign-up process easy and straightforward. The clean and secure units provide a peace of mind. Prices are reasonable, and although insurance coverage starts after 5 days, the overall experience is positive. Just remember to bring your own lock and note that access is not available 24/7. Highly recommended!
