I had THE BEST experience with Marion National Storage. The staff there were always professional and were also kind. On the phone and in person I had the same experience with customer satisfaction, which is highly refreshing these days. To be honest, I was a bit of an emotional basket case due to becoming homeless for one month and having to clear and store our small families life and through out this journey they were always patient, kind, and reassuring if I had questions or needed clarification. I will 100% use this facility in the future for all of my storage needs as the location is central, easy to access and also very safe. Highly recommend this facility.

Pain to move storage from one area to the other one, entrances and gates not all open and too skinny to get cars and trailers through. Did not make moving easy
