Great experience as a first time storage user. I called first to get an idea of what I needed to set up for a temporary unit. Location was close by between city and home so made it easy to drop in anytime if I needed to. Darryl was at the front desk with a smile to help me sign up offering their rates, clear instructions and directions to the well set up facility which was super clean and tidy and well marked out for bay numbering. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured when being shown around which was a nice experience. The lighting is great as they are self automated coming on as you walk through making it safe too. Payments are set up monthly as you go and when you no longer need it, money is promptly refunded for any remaining days. Simple from A-Z process! I would certainly recommend Kennards Self Storage at Thebarton. In fact, I already have recommended them to friends recently. Thanks team, you have great customer service 😊
