Firstly I want to start by saying that Julie who works there one of the nicest people I’ve met in such a long time. She took the time to explain everything to me, helped me a lot with the application and made me laugh the entire time as we were progressing through the steps. As you can imagine, during these times of storage your personal belongings is quite an anxiety filled scenario.. that is to have your stuff somewhere else other than your own home is uncomfortable, but they made me feel like I was family, including the gentleman that works there as well. I can’t remember his name but he was wonderful. They relocated me from a smaller Storage to a bigger one and it was just easy breezy without any complications, I truly highly recommend them genuinely from the bottom of my heart. I can't thank the staff at Kennards Self Storage enough. I have hired a storage unit at Kennards for over a year and am a regular boardroom hirer. I am at Kennards several times a week and Julie and Alan are always so kind, professional and helpful. Julie in particular feels like part of my team! From the professional service and the added extras (chocolate treats at reception or in a bowl in the boardroom), this is the ONLY place for a small business to store belongings. I even have my work-related parcels delivered there. Thank you Julie and Alan!
