I’ve had a storage unit at Kennards Storage Thebarton since 2022, and it has been extremely helpful over the years. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, making the whole experience hassle-free. A big thank you to Julie, who was incredibly helpful during my move-out process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated! She provided excellent customer service, always friendly and professional. Her assistance made my whole experience even better. Great experience as a first time storage user. I called first to get an idea of what I needed to set up for a temporary unit. Location was close by between city and home so made it easy to drop in anytime if I needed to. Darryl was at the front desk with a smile to help me sign up offering their rates, clear instructions and directions to the well set up facility which was super clean and tidy and well marked out for bay numbering. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured when being shown around which was a nice experience. The lighting is great as they are self automated coming on as you walk through making it safe too. Payments are set up monthly as you go and when you no longer need it, money is promptly refunded for any remaining days. Simple from A-Z process! I would certainly recommend Kennards Self Storage at Thebarton. In fact, I already have recommended them to friends recently. Thanks team, you have great customer service 😊

Kennards has the best offers for storage units. No hidden fees or plans. I phoned a few Kennards locations for details on what type units were available and prices. I was very impressed with the customer service from Julie at Thebarton. Even though this location was a little bit further for me to travel, after talking to Julie I wanted to go and take a look at Thebarton. It was a hot afternoon but Julie invited me to take a walk upstairs and check out some of the units. She had some helpful tips and advice and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Julie!

these guys have cheapest rates for storage units closest to the city. The staff at the front desk are great and they offer free lindt chocolates too so that’s cool. Signing off on my unit was a one step process and refunded the days of the month that the unit wasn’t used. Great service overall
