Outstanding Tony and Pranitha are always friendly, easy to work with, and happy to help. The on sight services are especially helpful, and they have often shifted things around for me at short notice to meet my needs. Loading/receiving dock and pallet jack/trolley equipment is perfect. Drive through entrance is spacious and secure. This location represents far better value than other storage companies we've looked at, and is both accessible and close to CBD... a rare combo. The 24 hour access here is important for me. This is a feature lacking in many other, more expensive and less well managed storage companies that has made them a straight NO for us. Lastly, always great communication, simple confirmation and cancellation interface that is clear, and they've only ever charged for exact time used. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Kennards stored our car for over 5 weeks and only charged for that exact time. Costs were very reasonable. Pranitha was so lovely and Tony kept contact to make sure all was well. Highly recommend.
