Helpful and friendly service from Craig and Venky. Units are modern, clean and well presented. Access is easy and rates are competitive. The shop front had all our boxing/packing needs covered and their box buy back scheme is fantastic. Suited our needs perfectly while building. Highly recommended.

Life does not always follow a straight line, and after resigning from two previous roles in the NDIS sector due to deeply unethical practices and mistreatment of vulnerable clients, I found myself in a difficult financial position. During this time, I fell behind in my storage payments, and it reached a point where the contents of my unit were in jeopardy of being sold. What sets the Windsor Gardens team apart is not just their professionalism, but their incredible humanity. When I was finally in a position to re-establish regular contact, their response was not one of judgment or indifference. Instead, they treated me with respect, listened to my circumstances, and worked with me to find a way forward. Thanks to their understanding and integrity, I have been able to retain my unit and continue paying off the outstanding balance—something that has lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. I have had a storage unit at Kennards Self Storage Klemzig for 12 years. Craig and the team there have always looked after me and I always felt that my items were safe and secure. Highly recommend!

The prices were a bit higher than the competition, but the quality speaks for itself. They give you free trailer hire to move in and they are open 24/7. They also buy back your moving boxes. The orientation to the storage was fantastic. Our entire experience was fabulous. They helped us one day even when they were busy in the office. I cannot fault their service. Will be back!

Kennards is a great place for storage. Security is excellent. Staff were always very friendly, and you only pay for the time you are in there. They offer a full refund for every day of the month you weren’t in there if you move out before your next payment. The place is easy to use too with one code in and out at any time day or night. My only issue would be the charge for using their rubbish bins, you need to take all rubbish with you unless you want to pay a big fee to use their bins. Other than this it is a great affordable service!
