Great staff who are always professional, friendly and helpful. Easy access to storage, including after hours/weekends. The storage rooms and the whole premise is very clean. They have packing materials for purchase. A great service overall.

Found staff very helpful and friendly. They have toilet facilities which is good when you have children and power points in the laneways to your shed where you can run a fan . Very secure. Felt quite safe going there at night to drop stuff off.

Helped my brother move all of his belongings out of the storage unit. Very safe. Lockable and clean. Easy to drive in and out. Lifts were such a great help. Staff was.very friendly and helpful. I would use this company again most definitely. I will highly recommend to others.

Rates by month were very reasonable for near new clean units. Placed all my vacated unit furniture and personal clothing in first floor unit number 67, whilst I was away for two years. On return I found all contents to be totally as I left them, in perfect condition, despite Townsville enjoying mixed hot/hotter/rainy and humid conditions.
With large service lifts, using my unit was so easy, thank you so much.
