Our family’s possessions were stored at National Storage, Bohle for a couple of years whilst we travelled, moved and renovated. We were impressed with the great customer service from Di and the team and also the clean, secure facility. Can highly recommend. A variety of sizes to choose from.

Helped a friend move some stuff there. It was a storage shed facility, what else is there to say really. The doors were lockable and there what appeared to be security cameras, plus you needed a code to get in. So all in all, a pleasent experience that I would highly recomend if you do not have a life and are roped into helping friends move.

Very good service, location was good for the storage area because it survived the 2019's 1in100 years flood in Townsville . I was very relieved to find all the household belongings in good condition after 6 months. Unfortunately after opening the boxes at home we noticed a lot of cockroaches. We were assured by Storage King, now National Storage Bohle, that the shed would be fumigated from time time but it was obvious it wasn't. In future I suggest regular fumigation.
