National Storage - Kunda Park

The gentleman called Warryan at the reception is very friendly. He helped with my needs and gave me a really good service. I defenetly recommend him if you have business down this way.

It was a pleasure dealing with Warren, he is professional, easy to deal with & goes above & beyond. I will be recommending National Storage Kunda Park as I know Warren will look after them.

Easy access. Good range of storage unit sizes. Had to take a star off due to the massive increases in rental prices over the 5 or 6years that I've rented a 2.5mx2.5m storage unit at this complex, as the monthly rental has risen from an original, very reasonable $80per month to, now, a pretty exorbitant $135per month! Not really too happy about paying that much for a small storage unit, but, haven't anywhere else to store the items in there. Nice and friendly, understanding staff, who are happy to assist in any way and are very flexible. I have a bad habit of forgetting to transfer money, from elsewhere, into the account where the automatic payment for the storage unit is debited, but the staff let me know if a payment bounces and don't charge any extra fees to reprocess the payment once I transfer the funds. Lol. Also, if, as on one occasion when my pay was messed up by the useless company I was working for, you have to ask for your monthly automatic payment to be delayed for a few days, the lovely office staff will do this for you free of any extra fees too, which is most appreciated. Very secure facility with keypad lock entry and exit and each storage unit has its own alarm system as well. It'd just be better if the prices could be lowered back a bit please.
