The packing and unpacking of the furniture by the contractors was great. As for the ongoing support and notification between pick up and delivery was very very poor, first he was on holidays, would not return calls, other areas were at lunch, other areas have gone home early for the day. On one occasion we were advised that our furniture had arrived in Brisbane, later advised it was still in Sydney. Advised that our goods had to be repacked in a 40 ft container, arrived in the original 20 ft. As I said pick up and delivery was excellent.

I cannot recommend Warryan highly enough. He is always so helpful & friendly, I am disappointed if he is not in the office when I need help with something regarding my unit "Always a pleasure"

The gentleman called Warryan at the reception is very friendly. He helped with my needs and gave me a really good service. I defenetly recommend him if you have business down this way.
