The staff member on site on the Saturday morning was very friendly, easy to communicate and deal with and her professionalism was outstanding. A credit to Kenards. I had a great experience today at the warana storage warehouse. Amy was super helpful and went out of her way to provide good service. One of the best things at kennards is it's self entry with a code accessible 24/7. I definitely recommend this place to people wanting to purchase an extra storage space.

I had to return an item to Amazon and it was so much easier and quicker to do this at Kennards rather than Australia Post. They even print out the return label fo you! I didn't get the person's name but she was friendly and extremely efficient. Thank you!
