Had a storage unit at this facility for over 7 years. It has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with Geoff (the manager). Always polite and super helpful. Unfortunately cannot remember the name of weekend manager but he is equally helpful Would not trust my stuff anywhere else Bluechip Investment Art Gallery

I had the best experience today while trying to buy a box. All I needed was one box and the incredible service and help I received was outstanding, you would have thought I was in there spending thousands of dollars. Thanks to the team for making my day.

I’ve been renting a storage unit here for the past 2 years & the service has been amazing. The units are incredibly clean & well maintained. Geoff & Darryl have been very accomodating & helpful.

I've stored at Kennards Kunda Park many times, and so has my daughter. We've both had positive experiences with the local staff. The price has changed over the years, and unfortunately, my unit does not have lighting, which makes it difficult to access some items, but that's the nature of storing a household of belongings. Geoff is an absolutely lovely man, and I can not speak highly enough about him. He is so friendly and attentive it's a very family orientated service. I suggest trying to speak with staff locally as I have had a not so positive experience with a woman called Judy from head office who did not listen to what I was asking, she only listened to reply and replied like a robot she did which infuriated me. Judy is an outright ninny who needs to be retrained to listen and hear what the customer is saying, not rattle off some reply she's formikating in her head. I'll not call Kennards again just in case I get her, and she does the same thing again. Juliet is lovely and a darling to talk to, she listens to understand and then respond. If only we could choose press 1 to speak to Geoff or Juliet 😆 I can't forget Daryll, he's been dealing with me for oer a decade and is just a darling and a gentleman!

The complex is well maintained, looks very new. Staff friendly and helpful guided me through the rest of signup. Is easy to signup online and staff showed us everything about putting our stuff in storage. Easy to get stuff from Car to storage shed as they provide trolleys and first day hire of shed furniture trailer is complimentary. Price seemed reasonab;le for half garage size shed. Would certainly recommend this storage facility.
