National Storage - Redcliffe

Stacy at national storage Redcliffe was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her,she was super friendly and is very knowledgeable about her products, we would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking storage or storage solutions. A great asset to the company.

Hmm let's see, easy to start up, then first day locked in the facility because the PIN didn't work - but I did tailgate in as thought what's the difference if I have a pin. Called NZ Call centre and couldn't resolve the pin issue for 30 minutes stuck in the facility at midday on a Saturday. Girl in NZ was polite bit had no idea what was gpoing on. Eventually opened the gate- asked if there's a pin issue - they stated it's a computer issue. Ok. Asked them if this issue is going to happen again on Sat- couldn't guarantee it- and no one in office Sat due to staffing issues- that's ok- it happens - Head back- locked out. 2/2 cant get in. Ok. Sunday, no access with a full car again of stuff, called the call centre again-waited 20 mins before activation of new pin. Going real well. So why 4 stars? Because on Monday I turned up and Stacey was there in the office- what a gem, confirmed pin details, told her boss to wait for a Teams meeting as dealing with me haha and then helped me with the padlock and was all round a bit of a legend. Moral of the story- fix your PIN issues for new customers or you will lose them pretty quick - nearly cancelled the whole thing and went to Storage Kings. Keep staff like Stacey around and you'll probably have them stay.

I can highly recommend Redcliffe Self Storage for any of your storage needs, The sheds are kept in pristine condition, secure , weather proof, well ventilated and pest free and with some of the lowest cost rates on the peninsula. We had our furniture and goods in storage for almost 18 months waiting for our new apartment to be completed and with few exceptions everything came out fine and the stuff that didn’t were our fault (don’t store leather with fabrics). Damian and his team always treated us with friendly professionalism. The office also has a competitively priced range of storage needs like boxes, tapes and locks.

Staff were extremely helpful and storage shed easily accessible making the job of storing my things quick and easy to complete.
