National Storage Brendale - extremely friendly staff, secure facility and clean and maintained lockers. Rented a locker for 10 months while relocating and never had any issues at all.

The facility is clean and functional, staff is mostly friendly and helpful.
However, don’t drive into the gate without entering your pin even if it is wide open. This triggers an alarm when you open your locker, for which a $50 fee applies. Staff says it is because they “have to attend the call centre” with attitude. (we all know it’s done remotely). Additionally the minimum rent period is 1 month which means if you hand back the locker two days into your month, there is no refund. I speak from experience. In any case I’d use them again, I’d just be more knowledgeable.
