Kennards Self Storage - North Lakes

Very quick service. The staff is very helpful and understanding. The shop is clean . They're are good business in the north lakes community. I have been there for parcel pick up and drop off which was a very easy process.

We used self storage here for 6 months. Staff were always helpful and knowledgeable. They kept an eye on our unit and contacted us when we didn't lock it properly. When it was time to end the booking they refunded our advance payment money immediately.

We have been so impressed with the customer service we have received from Daniel & Reanna at Kennards North Lakes. Daniel was so great at showing us around and helping us choose the best unit for our requirements. Reanna is always so lovely on the phone and could not be more helpful. They have made this whole process so easy, highly recommend 😀

Facilities are well run, clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and genuinely happy to see you. They made the stressful time of moving house that much easier. Very satisfied overall.

Great space sizes. Easy access. Ample storage and trolleys to use for moving. The only downside thing is the exit has a keyboard pillar on the middle which can be in the way when exiting. A bit of a mission if you have a long trailer.
