National Storage - Yatala

Easy booking - great location & excellent facilities. Have used several storage shed companies over last 3 years & this one is the best by far.

NS Yatala is the staffed office for the NS Ormeau site; so I’ve had only a couple interactions with the staff at Yatala since Ormeau is considered a “satellite” site, meaning it is rarely staffed. I found this concept to be more affordable and made my storage unit way closer to my home. Every interaction with the staff at Yatala have been joyful; especially when talking to the manager Dan who guided me through managing my own account online using their web portal. Very friendly staff makes the experience more pleasant and makes a very happy customer!

I have been a customer of Storageland and had the pleasure of dealing with Craig from not long after the facility opened. I have had nothing but help, and assistance when ever needed. My queries always answered in very quick time, and phone calls either answered or at least returned very promptly. I have moved storage units 3 times and it has never been a problem with Craig. I have recommended this storage facility to many people, and I will continue to do so, and if I ever need to use storage again in the future, I wouldn't even bother to look elsewhere. For the past 2+ years I have had my belongings in storage, I have always felt comfortable with its security. Thanks Craig for your continued good management practices and friendly nature.

I have been in long term storage at Storageland Yatla for nearly 3years. Craig has been wonderful to deal with. I love knowing that my whole household belongings are locked up securely in their ultra clean facility. Storageland is by far the best place in Brisbane for all your storage needs. Very Highly recommended.
