The staff are awesome at this Centre. If you're experiencing any issues just let them know and they'll do their best to assist. I had issues with a leak in my unit and I let them know and they were onto it. I guess you store at your own risk at the end of the day and if you're not checking in on your stuff regularly in order to inform the Centre of any issues then no one can assist. The agreement is pretty self explanatory if you read it. Nothing hidden in the fine print as noted in a prior review. Just make sure you take the time to actually read it and it's pretty standard in storage terms. Basically, when you sign it you accept responsibility and liability for what's stored and it's up to you to report any issues. I read some of the recent reviews and had to put some feedback up regarding my own experience at this Centre. What's a late fee? Never had one of those. Sounds like something you get when you're not paying on time or delinquent. Most institutions charge a late fee for behind accounts and I've never found one to ever be waived as it's applied to cover costs associated with overdue accounts? Try asking a bank to waive a dishonor fee. Also, most businesses need to review costs based on financial trends and a prime example is interest rates in the housing market, so it seems pretty normal and reasonable to me that rental prices would change and fluctuate in accordance to meet these changing costs in the market. To me the important thing is the customer service of the people I'm dealing with directly and as far as I'm concerned the staff at Springwood go above and beyond and you would struggle to find a better place to store in this area. Top marks from me. Keep it up!!
