To be honest, their is very little difference between one storage shed & another, the main difference is whom you interact with. Having physical ailments, moving is always a big task for myself & wife, as sometimes I'm wrecked & placing a load on her shoulders. I have always found the staff at Natioal storage Browns Plains extremely helpful, often navigating me through the digital world, allocation of a storage shed, etc. Jodie is absolutely lovely, we have always been treated with kindness & respect. This is what makes the difference for us.

When I first got a storage area there I bought it online. The gate code was emailed to me, with the storage room number and a little map, and the lock I bought from there for the storage room was placed inside ready. It’s very convenient for busy people.

I have been with them for more than 3 years and I have not had any issues. Lovely people to deal with and they will recommend the right size storage for you. If its too big you can change to a small unit. I have recommend them to all my family and friends and they have not had any issues either.
