Kennards Self Storage - Yarrabilba

I used Kennards at Yarrabilba to store some of my belongings while I moved house. This was all organised through Ray who was absolutely amazing. He walked us through the process, offered us the best options, and ensured we felt satisfied with what we were paying for. We had 24/7 access and it was super simple to get in and out of the facility. I am also extremely happy with the price we paid for our unit. I would highly recommend use of the Kennards in Yarrabilba 😊

Ray was amazing and helped us sooooo much. We used Kennards to store some of our belongings while we moved house. The experience was smooth, and everything was easy. 24/7 access made the whole process super simple.

This facility just opened and we have moved our stuff in from another local location. The prices here are a lot better. The units are nice and a good size. They also have lots of boxes available to buy

I recently used this storage facility and had a fantastic experience. The center manager, Ray, went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. His helpfulness and professionalism made everything smooth and stress-free. The unit was clean, secure, and just what I needed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for reliable storage and excellent customer service!

Kennards yarrabilba have been nothing less then amazing, every point of contact Ive had with them 2date has been 10/10 best customer service Ive come across in a long time, no request to much n every questioned answered n in detail too, polite n happy to help 👌 oh n the facility is wow!! Perfect! But in particular my move in day, I was actually finally moving my storage from over national storage in Yatala Ive had for 3yrs now n have had nothing but trouble with n came across the most horrible disgusting nxt level nasty customer service Ive ever come across in my life over to a new facility at Kennards with genuine people n real customer service (not a company that will try stand over you, find out Ur in hardship even post dv in crisis accom struggling so try take advantage kick U while Ur down n issue a legal termination. With 7 days to sort, empty n clean, do the impossible n what they know is impossible all so they can legally keep all Ur stuff n Ur hole unit etc like national storage does) so after the horrible ordeal my kids n I had just experienced over at national storage in Yatala it was disgusting, I was a mess (had even pulled over n had a cry b4 attending Kennards could imagine my state) Damian from Kennards was the staff member on that day he greeted us n was just nothing less then amazing n just really awesome with us 2 was so understanding n caring, made us feel so welcome taking us through to a lil area to just sit down n have a coffee or tea n relax a moment etc.. while he went n sorted everything out the customer service I received that day from Damian was impeccable 👌 my kids n appreciated it so much n more then he'll ever know, ment alot thank you Kennards n thankyou Damian 🤩👌 💯
