I had an excellent experience with this company! Being overseas, I was unable to pick up my parcel, so I reached out and spoke with Michael. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me. It's always refreshing to encounter outstanding customer service, and Michael truly delivered.

Great Experience at Kennards Self Storage! I've been collecting parcels from Kennards Self Storage Browns Plains and I have to say, it’s been a seamless experience every time. The location is easy to find and well-maintained, offering plenty of parking right outside, which makes picking up parcels super convenient. The staff are always friendly and helpful, offering excellent customer service. They are prompt when it comes to getting your parcels ready, and the process is smooth and efficient. I'm beyond impressed with the service at this location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and well-managed parcel collection point.

Had to do a HUBBED parcel drop off. The service was amazing, super easy & one of the smoothest drop offs ever. The lady (apologies I forgot her name) was an absolute gem. Very pleasant & made it even easier with her bubbly self. Highly recommend Kennards for your Parcel pick up & drop off.

I just moved out of my unit at this business. I’ve stored many times before (including at other Kennards) and this is the first time I leave a storage shed contract with a 5 star feeling. They are exceptionally reasonable with their flexibility, always approachable and friendly staff, clean premises (driveways, buildings etc) and always good choices for refreshments in the vending machines. They did what I need, and did it fairly and reasonably. Thank you, and I’ll be back if I ever need. All the best
