The unit we had was spotlessly clean. The access to the unit was great, and it was very easy to unload and store our stuff.
The manager of the units was great and very approachable and helpful.
I would definitely recommend using National Storage.

The storage here is about as good as it gets and it's competitively priced (meaning, in reality, that it's cheaper than the rest). The units are easily accessed and spotlessly clean. The site is well thought out, well signposted and finding your way around is easy even if you have a tendency to get lost in something as small as a children's playground.
Best of all the service from Mick and Malcolm can't be beaten. They are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and actually do go out of their way to both assist and to make you feel welcome.
Can't recommend this place enough! Thanks, fellas.

Agree with other people, site is great, clean and well run. My wife dealt with Mick and Peter. Her comment is they are gems...willing to accommodate clients....she was in a difficult situation left to organise moving/storage. These guys helped and guided her through every facet. Can't thank them enough for their help and caring. Highly recommended.

Mick and Mal were extremely helpful when we were deciding on our storage requirements and they generously encouraged a long term financial option to keep it all together. The site is clearly accessible, the storage facility is clean and secure and access is available 24hrs if necessary. A very well run operation.

This very secure storage facility is without doubt the best we've used in Australia and we've had them in Perth, Melbourne and as far as Darwin. It's operated by friendly, efficient staff that really care. Nothing is a problem to these guys! A big plus is the ease of access and the cleanliness of the entire facility. Again it's the staff that make this place what it is!
