As a small business owner with a new business, it's been very important for me to have the support of Kennards Southport to take deliveries whilst I've been on the road hustling for business. I can say that the level of professionalism at Kennards Southport has been outstanding. Special mention to Lisa who I've engaged with considerably over that time where nothing has ever been a problem and it's been an absolute pleasure working with her and I wish her all the best in her travels to Victoria. Catherine and Chris have been equally as professional and look forward to continuing my association with the team at Kennards Southport.

I was only supposed to have my stuff stored here for 4 weeks, then Covid hit and here we are roughly over 4 years later 😂 I couldn’t say enough good things about this place though. It’s SUPER clean, the staff I have dealt with have always been awesome and very kind.. and most importantly, I know my things are going to be well protected. They have been looked after very well by them all these years. The storage units are very secure, plus they have onsite security that do their rounds regularly (I think it’s nightly - but don’t quote me on it) to ensure your unit is still locked and there are no issues, so the chances of any theft here are slim to none. Your unit is also alarmed so if your security code hasn’t been entered prior to the shed being accessed the staff are alerted. They have a variety of trolley’s onsite you can use to move heavy items from your vehicle to the shed and vice versa. I noticed they’ve somewhat recently introduced a rubbish removal service at a cost, which is great to dispose of unwanted junk without having to take it elsewhere to throw away. They also have pest control and preventative measures they take, such as baits etc that they add into the shed and they’re changed as needed, so there aren’t any bugs or unwanted visitors lurking around amongst your things (I’ve had none in over 4 years) which is always nice. One of the only “downsides” I can think of would be the cost of the units themselves. They are a little pricey, and have continued to go up over the last couple of years with the cost of living - but I can honestly say that it is worth it. You have complete peace of mind knowing your things are safe and secure and there is the option of insurance as well, to cover the cost of your things in the event something goes wrong. In saying that, I have the largest size unit available so it’s expected that I would be paying a higher price then I would be with a smaller sized shed. It also wouldn’t hurt if there were more car spaces available, but they seem to of done what they could with the space they had available. I like the fact that the building is multi story and the units on higher levels are easily accessed via a large, reliable elevator. It really is a fantastically run facility and I am happy with the service I’ve received by them. There is a vending machine as well .. which is worth a mention 😂 and there are onsite toilets to, which is very handy if you need to spend a large period of time at the unit. I won’t need my storage shed soon but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to rent one from these guys again in the future if it’s needed! 🙂 thanks guys!

This is the second time we use KSS Southport and I highly recommend for all storage needs. The access is easy, the storage space provided is as described on the website, and they have everything needed for an easier move and storage. The convenience to easy access to own storage without depending on the opening hours is great. A big shout out to the team who is there to support you every step of the way! Moving can be stressful but the smile and patience of people at Kennards Southport make it a much smoother experience. Thank you very much! I highly recommend to all people who still have doubts about using your services and products.

I went in to Kenards Self Storage because it was listed as a parcel pick up point. I had never returned anything this way before, Lisa was very helpful and patient. I'm very thankful it got sorted. I am now also considering getting a small storage unit.
