Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staff. Great facility, clean, easy access and the use of the app is innovative with many features that makes it so easy to navigate. Highly recommend. We took advantage of the van available to help move bigger items and it was well worth it.

Great storage facility in Springfield—clean, secure, and easy to access. It's located right next to the highway, so it's easy to find. The Bluetooth access system adds a layer of security while making entry quick and convenient. Plenty of platform trolleys are available, which really helps when moving items. Plus, the pricing is affordable. Highly recommended!

Saw the Roomia sign while driving down the motorway and I’m so glad I did! I was using another facility down the road that I was unhappy with (unfriendly, expensive, and random rent increases with no notice). Went in and spoke with Craig and he showed me a couple units and said there’d maybe be a rental increase in 12 months (which I’d expect) - really appreciated the transparency and can’t ask for more notice than that! Amazing opening rates and they have an app where you can share access to others and access the facilities via Bluetooth. Really nice and new facility and I’m very happy I came here!
