Having found myself in need of some storage recently I naturally decided to shop around having never had need of this service in the past. I was very disappointed with the level of interest, or lack there of, I experienced at a “national” storage company. Conversely when I visited Roomia at Augustine Heights they took the time to ask what I needed, showed me around their facilities, explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable and confident my property would be in safe hands. I work in an industry where clients from time to time need storage for their property. Quite naturally I didn’t hesitate to recommend Roomia to a number of clients based on my personal experience. The feedback they have given me, and their appreciation, for suggesting they approach Roomia speaks volumes for the level of customer service these guys offer. Need storage? You will not find a more attentive and professional outfit. If there was 10 stars available I’d happily leave all 10…

We are in the process of moving and due to the gap between our previous home and the future home being built we required storage. After obtaining several quotes and looking at the facilities Roomia was by far the best. The ease of booking, unloading on site and transferring to the storage room/s made our stress levels drop. Couple this with the wonderful staff and free use of a large van how could we go anywhere else? The staff we dealt with Craig and Jess just totally professional and great smiles. Nothing is too hard. Totally recommend Roomia to anyone. Check it out.

Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staff. Great facility, clean, easy access and the use of the app is innovative with many features that makes it so easy to navigate. Highly recommend. We took advantage of the van available to help move bigger items and it was well worth it.
