I highly recommend Roomia at Springfield. The entire process to book a storage unit was so easy and quick online. When we went in to finalise on site, Shanna was fantastic. She was friendly and showed us everything with a genuine smile on her face. The units and complex are spotless, modern and new. We are very happy with our space, the accessibility and the facilities. We even were able to get free access to a moving van as new customers which is perfect.

My experience with Roomia at Springfield has been nothing but amazing, wonderful, lovely even. The staff, Jessica and Shanna were awesome to deal with and so helpful. I could not have asked for a better storage facility especially with the ease of access and reasonably priced. If you are in need of storage, I highly recommend talking to Jessica and Shanna. Oh, and the Van you can hire to help move is also helpful.

Roomia is a wonderful storage service. The whole process from signing up to the end process was effortless. The team, Shanna and Jessica are friendly and approachable, and also make it easy with what to do if you need help. The value for the storage is awesome and love that it’s all done from an app you download that unlocks your storage so you don’t even need a padlock.
