My first experience with using a storage facility was made easy by Sharnine and later, by Jasmine. Some initial technical difficulties with the electronic security system were quickly sorted and Sharnine in particular went out of her way to help a non-tech senior be comfortable with the process. Thank you.

The online process was ok, a bit confusing at parts but overall ok. The unit/complex is nice but some things again confusing (1 way driveways not marked as 1 way). Worst part was having to deal with their customer service when I didn't understand something - I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot.
