Not off to a great start, charged me and promised to leave a new lock in the storage unit so I had one when I got there. It wasn’t. I then had to leave the complex and go hunting for a lock before stuff could be unloaded. When I called yesterday to point it out and ask for the credit for the lock I never received, was told “they would look into it”

Helpful and patient staff who know the products and services on offer and have experience in suggesting appropriate sized storage for your needs. They are accommodating with dates and times for move in/move out. There's an after hours number for any emergencies with access to your storage locker.
