The facility is clean and easy to navigate. The Smart Entry app can sometimes have connectivity issues, claiming to be out of range from the door, so you have to refresh the app page a couple of times for it to respond and allow you to enter the facility.
It's great being able to reverse up to the roller doors to unload and the facility has trolleys that you can use to transport your items from the car to your storage unit.
When needing help the staff are very responsive over the phone. I've spoken with Jason a couple of times (prior to renting a unit and after to grab an invoice) and he was professional and helpful each time. He provided clear answers to the questions I had and was able to tell me about the features of the facility. Great quality customer service! :)

We older citizens really don't like the modern way of doing stuff ... the girls at Moorooka were very understanding and helped me without making me feel out of control of the situation. Hats off to you ladies and thank you again.
