Great communication and easy to book. Agree with others once you're in they do raise the prices after a while. They should lock in the price for the term you've agreed. Also wrap your appliances up well!! We found rodents and rodent poop in our dishwasher and on a lot of other things. My stuff was in storage there for about a year.

Reasonable price and great customer service. My partner and I were moving on a Friday and 4 days before moving my partner called to say we will be ending our storage on Friday. However we both didn't know we had to let someone know 2 week prior and pay the late fee chargers for ending the storage. However the manager was so nice about and let us off. We managed to pick up our furniture on Friday to move into our new house. Thank you once again.

My package had an error during delivery, it may have been a system problem. There was a front desk person named Nick who was patient and helped me handle it very well. Finally I got my package, which was a very good service.
