Visited a few times recently for parcel collections/returns. Varied staff all notably warm and friendly. I saw earlier reviews here -- maybe that feedback has been taken on board. Convenient opening hours.

We were served by Fred and was the best customer service, it’s our second time using storage (not the same place) the last time was really annoying because we couldn’t visit the unit before hand. But Fred took his time to show us all the storages available even when we had booked already a smaller one, he is very knowledgeable and explain everything about how to use it, tricks and tips in case the unit is not opening, how to use the lift properly and what to do in case is not working, how to use the gates after hours, he helped us with the upgrade of the unit and made the whole process so easy. 100% recommended, the attention and service was great. Thank you Fred
