Used to be a great Sendel drop off point, but now I can't really say except they were not helpful and dismissive when asked if they knew where the service they used to host had moved to.
There was nobody else there, so it's not like I was holding up the line, but still treated like "I don't have time for this" and in fact when I went to pick up from there (as they were that too till 4 months ago of writing), I was advised to go in the complete opposite direction when asking for directions.
They are just "dismissive" and unhelpful on what I can only call an "Un-Australian" level.

A first-class storage facility - spotlessly clean, bright, well-ventilated, easy-access and most of all excellent customer service (special shout-out to Wayne). As a customer of 5 years, I would absolutely recommend National Storage Albion to anyone wanting a hassle-free storage solution.

The staff here were incredible! Both Jen and Tiffany made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us, helped us find the right size storage including showing us around the center. They both went above and beyond answering all of our questions no matter how silly they might be. We really appreciated their customer service and would highly recommend!
