Very happy with the face-to-face as well as getting a tour throughout the facility. On top of that, I was offered and received 50% off for the first 3 months. The facility itself is extremely clean, humidity/environmental controlled, adequate space for vehicles and moving trucks. Ticked all the best boxes! Thank you.

Used to be a great Sendel drop off point, but now I can't really say except they were not helpful and dismissive when asked if they knew where the service they used to host had moved to. There was nobody else there, so it's not like I was holding up the line, but still treated like "I don't have time for this" and in fact when I went to pick up from there (as they were that too till 4 months ago of writing), I was advised to go in the complete opposite direction when asking for directions. They are just "dismissive" and unhelpful on what I can only call an "Un-Australian" level.

Great Customer service and facility is very tidy with easy access.
