The staff is amazing. We hired the trailer but had some difficulties with the light plugs. However, Shruti Raval (a staff member) helped us a lot to make it work properly.

I was happily surprised that when I vacated my unit that I was pro-rated the remaining difference from the unused days in the remainder of the month. Both people that I encountered in the office were professional and very helpful. Would definitely use them again next time.

I have been there a few times to grab packages from their parcel pick up. It’s super easy and convenient to pick up and their opening hours are good. Staff are always friendly and happy and professional. This is my new preferred parcel pick up spot!

The store manager Shruti is helpful and kind. The process and policy of everything is clear and easy. We actually only had the unit for a day, for some reason we don't need it anymore. Shruti helped with the cancellation and processed a refund to me quickly.
