Kennards Self Storage - Virginia

This facility is amazing! The place is always clean, there is always plenty of trolleys and trolley jacks to move our items. The toilets are modern and clean and always available. We feel safe to go there at any time of the day and night and that our items are safe (access available 24 hours a day, any day of the year). The staff are fantastic, they always find a resolution for us, including when our stock arrived from overseas and we had issues with the delivery time, they just held it for us until we could get there. We have used other storage facilities and thought they were all the same, until we stored with Kennards Self Storage Virginia. They are the gold standard in self storage!

Customer service at the depot has been nothing shy of friendly, cooperative and willing. Very professional and the setup was easy to navigate around. The location is what attracted me as it’s easy to get to from main road as well as off the freeway if need be. Not to mention from the airport. Stored my vehicle there for 6 months as a last resort and was very comfortable leaving it there in good care. Thanks for your service.

I recently had transferred my belongings to another Kennard's facility and encountered an issue with my new billing account, but Nerissa went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently, with a friendly and helpful attitude throughout the entire process. They truly made me feel valued as a customer during my time there, and are unmatched when it comes to assisting customers with their outstanding competency, also evident by the impeccably maintained facility. I would highly recommend Kennard's at Virginia to anyone!
