Kennards Self Storage - Virginia

I can not fault anything about Kennards Self Storage Virginia, the location is perfect, access is easy, there are always enough trollies, never had any problems with any of the lifts. The whole place is clean and safe, toilets and facilities are top, but.... the ladies at the office are the best! They are so friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and after the first contact know you personally! What an asset for a business! Thank you ladies, it's that we don't have anything to store now anymore, but I'll recommend KSSV to anyone who does.

This facility is amazing! The place is always clean, there is always plenty of trolleys and trolley jacks to move our items. The toilets are modern and clean and always available. We feel safe to go there at any time of the day and night and that our items are safe (access available 24 hours a day, any day of the year). The staff are fantastic, they always find a resolution for us, including when our stock arrived from overseas and we had issues with the delivery time, they just held it for us until we could get there. We have used other storage facilities and thought they were all the same, until we stored with Kennards Self Storage Virginia. They are the gold standard in self storage!

I am really happy with Kennards as my storage choice. Its been really easy and uncomplicated to enter and access my unit and I've got peace of mind knowing everything is safe and secure and the staff are so friendly and willing to help.

Customer service at the depot has been nothing shy of friendly, cooperative and willing. Very professional and the setup was easy to navigate around. The location is what attracted me as it’s easy to get to from main road as well as off the freeway if need be. Not to mention from the airport. Stored my vehicle there for 6 months as a last resort and was very comfortable leaving it there in good care. Thanks for your service.

Great experience. The lady at the reception is kind and genuinely tries to help you in person and over the call. Highly appreciate her being there. Well-managed and clean place. All equipment is available onsite for all kinds of load delivery. The only issue is the passage is narrow, which will be difficult to store more oversized package delivery.
