This is by far the most convenient storage facility I’ve ever used! They charge based on your actual end date, which is very fair and makes a lot of sense. The units are always clean and well-maintained. This isn’t my first time using their service, and it definitely won’t be the last. Highly recommended!

The most personalised service I have ever experience in storage. From the phone consultation till the face to face, then touring the facility and downgrading based on my needs to a smaller unit that was perfect. Super clean, well-lit, secure and busy. I do look forward to using their services again.

Being a fan of Kennards Storage across the years, when I returned to Brisbane, the Newstead store was my place of choice to return my boxes after unpacking. All the staff there were friendly and helpful in my multiple visits to return and recycle the boxes I had unpacked. They pay for each box I returned unless it was torn. 99% of my boxes were accepted and paid for. What a system! Makes sense to recycle and Kennards Self Storage Newstead sells new and recycled boxes for your move and pays when you bring the new ones back. Thank you.
